- Expansion plan definition New design for existing
locations.
- Building surveying of 20 existing branch locations when
we started our management tasks.
- Development of the commercial concept for each type of
site and local market, offering, type of exhibition, service
to the client, sales area and ratios between sales area
and back-up sizes.
- Development of the corporate identity manual.
- We accelerated existing municipal procedures.


Implementation

- Evaluation of new locations.
- Environmental impact and feasibility studies , in
Montevideo and in other departments.
- Executive project and detailing.
- Management and coordination of works: individual system
of contracts for each work.
- Adjustments to the project constantly to optimize the
quality of the design, the costs and the time of work.

Works
- Purchase of equipment and signage.
- Refurbishment of seven branch locations.
- Opening of nine branch locations.
- A total of 312000 ft² constructed.
- Nine municipal approvals obtained after the limitations ofthe Law of Large Surfaces.
